For the summer season of 2024, we are seeking new team members to fill the following specialties:
Position Description: Bartender/Barman
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant customers
- Ιnteracting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing customer needs and preferences and recommending corresponding beverages
- Mixing ingredients for cocktail preparation
- Checking the identities of customers to ensure they are adults and allowed to consume alcohol
- Replenishment of stock and supplies of the bar
- Compliance with all food and beverage regulations
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of English (proficiency in a second language will be considered an additional asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude with a willingness to contribute and learn
- Teamwork and ease of communication
