Position Description: Chief Engineer
Canddates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Mandatory 2 years of prior experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotel
- Degree in a technical field with strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of hotel construction and maintenance
- Proficienct in daily pool maintenance, pH/chemical monitoring, and cleaning.
- Fluency in both Greek and English languages
- Communication with suppliers to resolve issues and organize maintenance
- Daily monitoring of maintenance backlogs/faults
- Proper management of maintenance inventory (organizing tools and spare parts)
- Proactive and effective handling of emergency situations
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations and schedules
- Presentable appearance and teamwork mentality
