For the summer season of 2024, we are seeking new team members to fill the following specialties:
Position Description: Cook A’
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of menus, following the recipes of the Chef with accuracy and consistency
- Takes care of the storage and organization of ingredients and collaborates with all kitchen staff members
- Ensures the cleanliness of all equipment in the station, maintains a tidy workspace, and uses equipment correctly
- Implements all procedures related to safety, hygiene, and food storage throughout the work process
Candidates must have:
- Degree from a culinary school
- Work experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
- Communication and organizational skills, and a team spirit
- Creative thinking and the ability to work under pressure
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 management systems
