For the summer season of 2024, we are seeking new team members to fill the following specialties:
Position Description: Cook B’
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of raw materials to be used
- Preparation of the menu, following the recipes of the Chef with accuracy and consistency
- Takes care of the cleanliness of all equipment in the station, maintains order in the workspace, and the correct use of the equipment
- Implements all procedures related to safety, hygiene, and food storage throughout the workflow
Candidates must have:
- A degree from a culinary school would be appreciated
- Work experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Communication and organizational skills, and a team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and time management
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene
