Job Description: F&B Manager:

The F&B Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, control and smooth operation of all food and beverage departments of the hotel unit, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and the achievement of financial results in accordance with the standards set by the company.

Candidates must necessarily have:

  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a hotel
  • Experience in training and evaluating staff
  • Experience in a la carte restaurants
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel (desired)
  • Pleasant personality and demeanor
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficienct in English
  • Knowledge of a second language will be considered an additional asset
  • Very good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems
  • Knowledge of POS system operation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and management of all F&B department operations in accordance with company standards and budget
  • Presence during the operation of the F&B departments
  • Participation in menu cost and selling policy decisions
  • Oversight and control of costs
  • Oversight and control of daily supplies
  • Knowledge of warehouse organization and management
  • Participation in staff selection and training
  • Effective judgment and handling of issues within the department
  • Reporting to the Hotel Manager
  • Efficient handling of customer requests and complaints related to the department
  • Ensuring the optimal functioning of the department in line with guidelines
