Position Description: Groom
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transporting guests’ luggage
- Welcoming guests and guiding them to the reception area or their designated room using club cars
- Providing information about the hotel’s facilities and guiding guests on how to access them
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a hotel
- Very good knowledge of the English language at an oral level (knowledge of a 2nd foreign language will be appreciated)
- Possession of a driver’s license (Category B)
- High-level customer service skills
- Very good oral communication skills
