Position Description: H.R Supervisor
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university or technical institute (A.E.I / T.E.I)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, either within a hotel group or a 4* or 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational abilities and a team-oriented work approach
- Specialization or a graduate degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an additional qualification
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Planning and organizing the activities of the Human Resources Department
- Coordinating departmental processes, such as meetings and training sessions
- Managing employee records
- Drafting and posting job advertisements to recruit personnel
- Assessing candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assisting in the screening and selection of resumes (Screening & Monitoring)
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling formal interviews
- Organizing career days and other essential events for the Human Resources Department
- Informing new employees about the company, its culture, vision, and orientation
- Documenting information and preparing reports related to staffing, hiring, training, and evaluation
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation
