Position Description: HR & Payroll Assistant

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration from a university or college
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel company
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in the ERGANI system
  • Familiarity with the BUSINESS PAYROLL-EPSILON NET software
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security Legislation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team spirit, discretion, and a results-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment and termination processes
  • Weekly submission of schedules, schedule modifications, and overtime
  • Preparation and verification of payroll
  • Monitoring of annual leaves, sick days, and absences, and maintaining related records
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Personnel matters management: analyzing payroll calculation methods, providing signed documents
  • Creating personnel documents (Individual Employment Contracts, Ministerial Decrees, Employer Certificates, etc.)
