Position Description: Maitre
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor
- Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills
- Knowledge and experience in developing and managing a la carte and buffet restaurants
- Knowledge of enology (wine expertise).
- Sales skills
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and hotel sales software.
- Team spirit
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the continuous training and improvement of subordinates’ productivity
- Monitoring and ensuring the provision of high-quality services in accordance with the hotel and department’s standards
- Very good skills df the English language
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated
- High effectiveness, flexibility, and adaptability in demanding situations
