For the summer season of 2024, we are seeking new team members to fill the following specialties: 

Position Description: Night Auditor 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and control of the main courante
  • Ensuring the proper and timely handling of guest arrival/reception tasks during the night, as well as facilitating services during their stay
  • Check arrivals/departures for the close of the day
  • Registration and document control
  • Cash register checks – cash recording
  • Pending arrivals/departures
  • Monitoring the hotel premises during the night
  • Waking up guests
  • Pre-invoicing

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
  • Knowledge of hotel management software, with proficiency in Protel being an advantage
  • A degree from a tourism school will be appreciated
  • Very good computer skills
  • Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms (knowledge of a 2nd foreign language will be appreciated) 
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Organizational skills
  • Politeness, consistency, and responsibility
