Position Description: Pastry Chef A’
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of desserts and pastries according to the menu
- Monitoring ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed
- Supervising existing staff to achieve excellent results
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and reporting any issues
- Adherence to health and safety standards
Candidates must have:
- A degree in Pastry Arts is appreciated
- Proven experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Organizational skills. • Time management skills and adherence to schedules
- Customer-centric approach
- Team spirit. • Knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems
