For the summer season of 2024, we are seeking new team members to fill the following specialties:
Position Description: Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests
- Control of arrivals and departures
- Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, prices, and amenities
- Addressing any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upselling additional services and amenities as appropriate
Candidates must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Knowledge of hotel programs, knowledge of Protel will be considered an asset
- Degree Tourism school will be appreciated
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of German or French (3rd foreign language will be appreciated)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Organizational skills
- Courtesy, consistency and responsibility
