Job Description: Reservations Manager
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduates of a tourism or similar management school
- At least 2 years of prior experience in reservations departments at a luxury resort
- Excellent knowledge of both English and German languages (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of PMS systems
- Ability to develop and manage rate plans and offers
- Ability to distribute hotel products and services
- Ability to develop new contacts and partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal relationship management and communication skills with all partners
