Position Description: Restaurant Captain
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language (proficiency in a second foreign language will be considered an additional asset)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an A La Carte restaurant
- Sales skills
- Menu knowledge
- Knowledge of Greek wines will be considered an additional qualification
- Proficiency in using PDA and POS systems
- Ability to organize restaurant operations
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Pleasant and dynamic personality
