Position Description: Sous Chef
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Degree from a recognized culinary school
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position (a la carte and all-inclusive) with particular knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
- Knowledge and experience in cost analysis, ordering, receiving, proper food storage conditions, and maintenance
- Knowledge and implementation of international safety and hygiene standards
- High spirit of teamwork and collaboration, effectiveness under pressure and high demands
- Good knowledge of English
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Professional behavior and well-groomed appearance
