Position Description: Waiter/tress
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a positive atmosphere among team members
- Interacting with the restaurant’s customers to promote a positive image of the business
- Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Setting up tables and maintaining the restaurant’s dining area in an organized manner
- Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
- Handling customer complaints, requests, or feedback
- Providing menu suggestions, answering questions, and conveying additional information to restaurant customers
- Proficient knowledge of wine
Candidates must have:
- Mandatory experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions
- Ability to handle complaints and problem-solving
- Customer service skills, politeness, and friendliness
- Team spirit
