Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or economics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and analyzing sales data to forecast sales trends.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly yield and revenue reports, mainly using excel.
  • Propose and implement the optimal pricing to maximize the room revenue.
  • Propose and prepare special offers & run tailor-made promotions.
  • Prepare & present to senior management sales budgets & strategic business plans.
  • Identify & analyze basic competitors to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Establish long-term and effective relationships with online travel agents.
  • Monitor the performance of online channels on a daily basis
  • Support sales & marketing department on Ad-hoc analyses

        Position Description: Group Food & Beverage Director

        The ideal candidate will have full responsibility for the management & organization of all operations of the catering departments of the hotel units, in accordance with the operational standards of the group as well as the monitoring & achievement of the goals set based on budget for each hotel unit.

        Key Responsibilities and Duties:

        • Organization & preparation and supervision of the operation of the food departments per hotel unit according to the operational standards.
        • Determination of human resources needs and participation in the preparation of budgets per hotel unit.
        • Participation in the process of finding, training & evaluating executives as well as staff of food & beverage departments.
        • Manage all food and beverage operations and day-to-day operations in accordance with budget.

        • Reporting to senior management on the results and day-to-day operations of the food departments at a group level.

              Position Description: Accounting Director

              The Accounting Director will assume responsibility for financial auditing, bank agreements, cash planning, preparation of financial statements, and all accounting obligations of the Group.

              Duties and Responsibilities:

              • Organize and coordinate the smooth operation of all activities within the accounting department
              • Direct and monitor the company's cash planning and credit control to ensure timely payment of all Group obligations
              • Monitor the Group's commercial, invoicing, and credit policies and collaborate with other departments in this regard
              • Ensure compliance of the Group with current tax regulations, VAT, and withheld taxes.
              • Prepare relevant reports for Management (Reporting)
              • Communicate with banks and public authorities
              • Manage and record accounting entries
              • Submit all types of tax declarations and informational statements to the Public and social security funds
              • Prepare necessary financial statements and submit them to the General Commercial Registry (GEMI)
              • Prepare and submit tax declarations, VAT, and income tax returns
              • Close the financial month for all Group companies according to GAAP
              • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance and reconciliation of treasury and banking activities

              Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

              • Bachelor's degree in economics
              • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (in a computerized accounting department)

                Position Description: Group F&B Purchasing Manager

                The Group F&B Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing appropriate suppliers and negotiating agreements for the procurement of necessary goods, as well as managing transaction records. Additionally, this role involves monitoring and controlling procurement and sales costs, financial analysis, reporting, and participation in budgeting processes.

                Duties and Responsibilities:

                • Implementing of proper purchasing policies, systems, and procedures in accordance with company standards
                • Negotiating central agreements with suppliers
                • Monitoring and assessing supplier performance in terms of quality, service, and price against standard
                • Continuously seeking competitive bids for Group operational requirements according the given specifications and updating price catalog records
                • Ensuring the availability of goods throughout the operation period in collaboration with suppliers

                  Position Description: Group Executive Chef

                  The Group Executive Chef is responsible for the proper operation of all kitchens within the Group's restaurants, continuous cost monitoring, report preparation, as well as the implementation of HACCP, ISO, and Health & Safety standards

                  Duties and Responsibilities:

                  • Responsible for the development and presentation of the menus for all Group restaurants
                  • In the case of external collaborators, responsible for shaping the menus of the Group's restaurants, ensuring the faithful compliance with the guidelines of external partners
                  • Cost estimation for all menu items in collaboration with the Procurement Manager
                  • Monitoring and cost control of raw materials in collaboration with the Accounting and Procurement department
